Normally starting at 8am, our comprehensive 12-hour day-of coordination means you can be fully present in every moment while we manage vendors, coordinate cultural ceremonies, handle family logistics, and solve any surprises that arise. For larger celebrations of 200+ guests or complex multi-site events, a bespoke quote will be provided to account for additional coordination support.
