Frequently Asked Questions
Let’s get the 'how' and 'how much' out of the way so we can get to the fun part! I believe in total transparency when it comes to my services and pricing because trust is the most important part of our relationship. Here are the answers to the logistical questions I get asked most often. If there’s anything else on your mind that I haven’t covered, please reach out to me directly. I’m here to support you through it all.

Who I Work With
Do you only work with Afro-Caribbean couples? Not at all. White Noiva was built around multicultural love in all its forms. My background is rooted in Afro-Caribbean and multicultural celebrations, and that knowledge shapes everything I do - but if you want a wedding that truly reflects who you both are, you're in the right place.
We're planning a wedding with two different cultural traditions - can you help? This is honestly my favourite kind of wedding to work on. Blending two traditions takes real knowledge, careful planning, and suppliers who genuinely get it. That's exactly what I'm here for - let's make sure both sides of your story are told beautifully.
Logistics & Practicalities
Are you insured? Yes - White Noiva holds professional public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. If your venue needs a copy ahead of your wedding day, just let me know and I'll sort it.
Do you plan weddings abroad? I'm based in London and work across the UK. I also plan destination weddings in Portugal as I'm Portuguese and have the network. However, If you've got somewhere else in mind, drop me a message.
How far in advance should we book? For on-the-day coordination, I'd recommend getting in touch at least 6–9 months before your date;
Services & pricing
What's the difference between on-the-day coordination and full planning? On-the-day coordination means you've done the planning and I step in during the final weeks to take it all off your plate and make sure the day runs exactly as you've imagined. Full planning means I'm with you from the very beginning - venue, suppliers, timelines, all of it. Most couples tend to come to me for coordination, but I offer both.
Do you offer stationery as a standalone service? Yes - stationery can absolutely be booked on its own, no coordination package needed. If you are booking coordination too, stationery is available at a discounted rate, which is always a nice bonus.
How does pricing work? My On-the-Day Coordination service is a flat fee of £900. This investment covers my full professional support for weddings of up to 200 guests located within the M25. What if my wedding is larger or more complex? For celebrations with more than 200 guests or intricate logistics (such as multiple locations or extensive DIY setups), I provide a bespoke quote. This ensures we have the right level of on-site support - such as an assistant coordinator - to keep your timeline perfectly on track.
What happens after we make an enquiry? I'll be back in touch within 48 hours to check your date and set up a consultation call. On the call we'll talk through your plans, what matters most to you and how I can help. If we're a good fit, I'll follow up with a tailored proposal - no pressure, no rush.
Are there travel costs? Travel within London (inside the M25) is included. For venues further afield, a small travel fee will be added to cover mileage and travel time.
Do you work with a team or will it just be you on the day? For most weddings I work alongside an assistant coordinator, and for bigger or more complex celebrations I bring in extra support. You'll always know exactly who'll be with you on the day.
